Lothian House

This landmark property, comprising 88 individually owned apartments with retail premises at street level, is located right in the heart of Edinburgh, at 124 Lothian Road. It occupies the whole street block between Morrison Street, where the Odeon cinema is situated and Fountainbridge, where the Superdrug shop is.  The main entrance to the building is located on Lothian Road between the Subway shop and Greggs. There is another south entrance around the corner at Fountainbridge.

Lothian House is very well positioned to take advantage of a wide range of shopping outlets, supported by banks, building societies and a Post Office at Tollcross. A range of bars, restaurants, coffee houses, theatres and cinemas are also situated within a few minutes easy walking distance of Lothian House. These include the Odeon (situated at street level of Lothian House) and  Cameo cinemas; Lyceum, Traverse and King’s theatres as well as the Usher Hall.

The Edinburgh International Conference Centre is very close by, in Morrison Street, whilst the Fountain Park leisure and recreational complex is also nearby. Princes Street and George Street are a short walk away. An efficient and extensive public transport network operates from the Lothian Road area to most parts of the town and surrounding areas and both Waverley and Haymarket train stations are easily accessible.

All of which make Lothian House a highly desirable place to live.

It's an unusual event for snow to fall at Lothian House's main entrance, on Lothian Road.
